My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was lovely but needed some TLC, with excellent views and a terrific pool area. The rooms were a bit dated and in need of a refresh, and some aspects like the uncomfortable beds and poor heating were disappointing. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful staff, with some exceptions. The dining experience was average with a continental breakfast. Overall, the hotel had both positive and negative aspects to consider.
